- Quietness and discipline to be maintained in the dojo by players and spectators.
- Judogi's must be worn correctly at all training sessions after they have been obtained. The obi (belt) is never to be abused.
- When a member or their families behave or act in a manner detrimental towards the club or its members, or feel that the club has acted likewise towards themselves, they may ask for and obtain a clearance or at the discretion of the executive and/or instructor be given a clearance or be refused admittance.
- Clearance must be obtained from the Kido Mingara Judo Academy and via the Judo Federation of Australia (JFA) prior to competing for or joining any other club.
- All club members must become financial with the JFA and the Kido Mingara Judo Academy.
- Do not speak unnecessarily to the instructors during session.
- No responsibility will be taken for personal belongings.
- All members must observe a high standard of cleanliness. No jewellery is to be worn. Judogi's clean. Fingernails cut.
- Previous injuries must be attended to prior to training, no one is to train whilst carrying any injury.
- Adults are responsible for the care and conduct of minors under their control, care and guardianship.
- Use of mat and facilities only during supervised class time. All spectators to confine themselves to the designated area inside gym.
